MARIETTA, OH – Marietta provides opportunities for both visitors and residents to enjoy life in the River City with a variety of annual festivals and events.

Enjoy an evening of traditional blues performances during the Red, White and Blues Festival or adventure throughout Washington County by water or land during the Rivers, Trails and Ales Festival.

Headlining summer fun in Marietta year after year is Riverfront Roar, meet professional power boat racers, take in live entertainment and watch the action play out on the Ohio River.

For family fun entertainment discover Pioneer Palooza a geocaching event in celebration of Marietta’s 225th birthday or Play Outside Weekend, the local contribution to a nationwide movement to encourage outdoor activities. Sit along the riverbank and watch as the American Queen docks and plays the calliope during any of her three visits. Harmar Days provides an opportunity to explore the quirky history of Marietta’s west end and witness the opening of the last turn-style bridge in the United States.
